  • Complete spot checks, observations, support and supervisions and audits to ensure outstanding care quality.
  • Support with staff recruitment, induction, and shadowing.
  • Provide coaching and day-to-day guidance for carers, fostering a culture of exceptional teamwork.
  • Maintain accurate care documentation in line with company policies and CQC requirements.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and families, handling queries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Step in to deliver care calls when necessary, including during periods of staff absence or high demand.
  • Uphold Beaumont Home Care’s values of dignity, compassion, and respect at all times.
  • Support the Registered Manager in achieving regulatory compliance and service excellence.
Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in domiciliary care, in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build warm, professional relationships with clients, families, and staff.
  • Confident with technology for care planning and reporting.
  • Flexible and proactive, with a willingness to deliver care in the community as needed.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential).

  • Competitive pay
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • A supportive, family-value-driven team culture.
  • The chance to help shape a distinguished care service with ambitions for outstanding CQC ratings.
