Helping Hands Home Care in England is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to join our onsite team in Cramlington. This permanent, part-time role reports to Amanda Birdsall and focuses on coordinating care visits and supporting our carers to deliver high-quality home care.

You will work closely with families, assess needs, plan visits and ensure compliance with our standards, helping people stay safe and independent in their own homes.
