Job description

A leading care provider in West Wickham is looking to recruit a Field Care Supervisor/Quality Monitoring Officer to join their rapidly expanding team on a full-time basis.

About the FCS/QMO role and what the client is offering:

• A competitive annual salary of up to £25,500 depending on experience.
• A permanent, full-time contract
• Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with additional on-call duties
• Occupational maternity pay, adoption pay & paternity pay
• Occupational sick pay and death in service payment

All the above subject to terms and conditions. As a FCS/QMO, you will support the delivery of the highest quality care support services by line managing care workers, including some field-based work, carrying out a range of functions in the field, including the assessment and review of individual services and the practical supervision, instruction, and support of care workers. Due to the field-based elements of the role, you must be a driver with your own vehicle.

• Experience of delivering and managing care support services
• A good understanding of principles of good care
• Ability to prioritise, especially under pressure
