Each day offers the opportunity to do meaningful and rewarding work that makes a real difference to our clients' lives and your career.

Job Description

What you’ll do

The role of the Field Care Supervisor is to support the delivery of high-quality care support services by carrying out various functions in the field, including assessing and reviewing individual services, and supervising, instructing, and supporting care workers.

You will work with Care Coordinators to plan effective care worker rotas, considering the needs of clients and the skills of care workers. Regular reviews of individual services, including risk assessments, will be part of your responsibilities. You may participate in multidisciplinary reviews of service users’ needs, shadow new care workers, and evaluate care worker practice through on-site observations.

While primarily community-based, the role also includes some office-based administrative tasks.

Qualifications

What you need

Experience in conducting initial risk and needs assessments for service users in their homes or settings like hospitals or nursing homes is required. You should be able to work in partnership with service users, families, carers, healthcare professionals, and others to ensure seamless, holistic care support.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing UK-based domiciliary care business committed to quality and expansion.
