Position: Field Care Supervisor

Location: Aylesbury Branch (HP19 8DE)

Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £23,907

Reporting to: Registered Manager

About the role:

We are seeking a passionate Field Care Supervisor to represent Cera and support our community. You will conduct client assessments, develop care plans, introduce new clients, and supervise Care Workers to ensure high-quality care. The role involves approximately 75-95% fieldwork and 5-25% administrative tasks in the office. Join us in delivering vital support to vulnerable individuals and contribute to our growth as the UK's leading technology-enabled care provider.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support care staff
  • Meet clients and understand their needs
  • Ensure care delivery meets quality standards
  • Complete meet & greet for new packages
  • Develop and review care plans and risk assessments
  • Audit MAR charts and log books
  • Conduct carer spot checks and field supervision
  • Interview and support carers with compliance
  • Participate in provider meetings and support business development
  • Perform hands-on care as needed
  • Participate in out-of-hours on-call duties
  • Engage in team meetings
