VP Complex Care has an exciting opportunity to join the company as a Field Care Manager. In this role, you will manage a variety of care packages and clients living in their own homes. You will also be responsible for recruiting new candidates for these packages.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Rota management
  • Risk assessment and care planning tailored to individual client needs
  • Supervision and appraisal of staff
  • Client visits, spot checks, and care reviews
  • Development of new care packages from local authority and private case management companies
  • Supporting compliance among field staff
  • Motivating and encouraging team members
  • Handling complaints and solving problems to maintain care quality
  • Supporting staff professional development
  • Effective communication with clients, families, staff, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participating in on-call duties on a rota basis
  • This list is not exhaustive; additional duties may be assigned by the Branch Manager or Managing Director.
