Job summary

REL Field Marketing is seeking a Brand Ambassador for Mondelez in the Peterborough area. This field-based, permanent role requires driving your own car, visiting stores Tuesday to Thursday, and delivering engaging brand experiences.

You’ll build relationships, create displays, and manage your territory with training provided. No prior field marketing required, just the right attitude and confidence.

Qualifications

• Initiative and willingness to learn, with ability to work independently.
• Confidence and charisma to engage with people and build relationships.
• Growth mindset and willingness to develop skills; full training provided.
• Retail, customer service or merchandising experience desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with store managers and colleagues.
• Become a trusted ambassador for Mondelez brands in your territory.
• Communicate confidently with people at all levels.
• Create eye-catching displays and ensure products are visible and well presented.
• Plan and manage store visits; work independently; share insights.
