Job summary

Lyreco UK and Ireland is seeking a Washroom Service Operative to cover Central Manchester and surrounding areas. The role is field-based, full-time, 45 hours per week, on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a salary of £31,473 per annum.

You will service washroom equipment, manage waste, and deliver a professional, reliable service while working independently on the road. Driving licence is essential and a DBS check will be required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Washroom Servicing: Service and maintain hygiene equipment, including feminine hygiene units, nappy waste systems, sharps units, air fresheners and vending machines.
• Waste Management: Safely collect, remove and dispose of waste in line with company procedures.
• Customer Service: Deliver a friendly, professional service, building positive relationships with customers.
• Route Management: Complete allocated service schedules efficiently, planning workload to meet customer needs.
• Vehicle Checks: Carry out daily vehicle inspections and complete relevant service documentation.
• Health & Safety: Follow safe working practices, including manual handling and applicable working and driving time regulations.
