Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager for solar/renewables, field-based in the North of England. You will manage and convert a warm pipeline of commercial leads, liaising with design and project delivery teams to close multi-megawatt projects.

The role offers a salary between 65,000 and 75,000 (OTE 100K), car allowance, and commission. A background in construction/project sales and renewables is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience as Commercial Sales Manager or similar role in renewables or construction.
• Proven ability to convert warm leads into high-value projects.
• Background in sales within solar, EV, heating or M&E sectors is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and convert a pipeline of warm commercial leads.
• Understand customer requirements and develop commercial solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits and presentations.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate and close projects successfully.
• Build long-term relationships with commercial clients.
