Field Based Service Engineer (Heat Pumps)

Location: Field Based - Commutable from Sheffield, Lincoln, Nottingham, Peterborough, Cambridge, Norwich, and Surrounding Areas

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus (up to 5k) + Van + Professional Training & Development

Do you have previous experience working on heat pumps? This is an excellent opportunity to transition from hands-on work to a project-based role, working with a specialist renewable energy company with ambitious growth plans.

This company designs and distributes various technologies in the renewable industry, including heat pumps, solar PV, and EV charging. They offer a comprehensive range of sustainable heating and hot water solutions for both residential and commercial properties across the UK.

In this role, you will:

1. Manage the installation and commissioning of heat pumps from start to finish.
2. Service and maintain Ground Source and Air Source Heat Pumps.
3. Cover regions including East Anglia, East Midlands, and South Yorkshire.

The ideal candidate:

• Is a qualified Plumbing & Heating Engineer with experience installing and maintaining heat pumps.
• Has full management experience of installation teams, overseeing installation and commissioning.
• Possesses a full driving license.
