About the role
As a Field Based Sales Executive at Halfords for Business, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our growing portfolio of clients and partners. With a strong focus on driving growth, you’ll be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new opportunities across your assigned and self-generated client base. You’ll manage and renegotiate contracts in line with set KPIs, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards and ambition that define Halfords for Business.
Reporting to the Sales & Account Team Leader, you’ll combine proactive lead generation with best-in-class account management. From onboarding new clients and ensuring legal and financial compliance, to cross-selling our diverse range of products and services—including Employee Benefits, Trade, and Wholesale—you’ll be at the heart of our commercial success. You’ll need excellent relationship-building skills, a sharp commercial mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams to maximise every opportunity and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
*This role will cover a wide patch north of the West Midlands*
