Job summary

KARL STORZ Endoscopy (UK) Ltd is seeking a Product & Application Trainer - Central Sales Region to support field-based customers with hands-on training and product demonstrations across the region.

You will partner with clinical and sales teams, deliver engaging sessions, ensure compliance with company guidelines, and build training materials for both small groups and large audiences. The role includes a company car and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills, organisational skills and the ability to exercise effective judgment and sensitivity to changing needs.
• A proactive communicator who is willing to take responsibility of challenging situations and work with team colleagues to find solutions.
• Prior clinical support experience beneficial with direct experience in customer interactions and presentations.
• Must be able to deal calmly with challenging situations have a polite, respectful and courteous manner regardless of the situation, good English in verbal and written communication with the ability to balance conflicting demands.
