Job summary

Sciensus is a leading European life sciences organisation delivering oncology care and patient support across community settings. You will provide chemotherapy treatment at patients' homes or clinics while mentoring other clinicians and developing the service to raise standards.

The role involves travel across a regional area including Sheffield and surroundings, with a focus on person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Be registered with the NMC.
• Hold a chemotherapy delivery qualification - preferably a SACT passport.
• Be experienced administering oncology medications in a hospital or community setting.
• Be confident in clinical assessment, IV administration, chemotherapy delivery, cannulation, and phlebotomy.

Responsibilities

• Travel region covering Sheffield and surrounding areas for patient care.
• Administer chemotherapy and document adverse drug events per protocol.
• Support and develop other clinicians to raise standards and embed best practice.
