Job summary

Sciensus is seeking a registered chemotherapy nurse in Milton Keynes to deliver high-quality oncology care and support patients throughout their treatment journey. This role blends hands-on patient care with developing the field-based clinical workforce and embedding best practice across services.

You will administer chemotherapy while also mentoring colleagues, recording data, and managing adverse events. A UK driving licence is essential for regional travel as part of your role.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the NMC.
• Hold a chemotherapy delivery qualification - preferably a SACT passport.
• Experience administering oncology medications in hospital or community settings.
• Competent in clinical assessment, IV administration, chemotherapy delivery, cannulation and phlebotomy.
• Passionate about person-centred care and supporting others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver chemotherapy and support patients through their treatment journey.
• Assist in developing and mentoring the clinical workforce across services.
• Record clinical data and report adverse drug events per protocol.
• Travel regionally with a full UK driving licence to deliver care.
• Uphold professional standards and contribute to service improvement.
