CreatePay is seeking an Area Sales Manager – New Business to drive growth across Northern Ireland. This 100% field-based role focuses on acquiring new B2B customers, meeting business owners face-to-face, and closing deals with tailored payment solutions.

You will self-source opportunities, manage your diary in a high-activity environment, and work towards ambitious monthly targets while enjoying uncapped commissions and a clear path for progression.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B field sales.
• Track record of self-generating leads and closing new business.
• Experience in a target-driven, high-activity sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and win new B2B customers within territory.
• Self-generate leads via cold calling, door-to-door prospecting, and local engagement.
• Attend a combination of self-generated and pre-booked appointments.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present and tailor CreatePay’s payment solutions to customer needs.
• Close deals in the field and handle objections.
• Build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Accurately manage activity, pipeline, and KPIs.
