Job summary

Reed is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join our client in the UK. The role involves travel across the operating area, including occasional team meetings, and requires a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

You will build relationships with key stakeholders, provide expert HSE coaching, and lead incident investigations. You will promote safety leadership, deliver inductions, and support environmental and health initiatives across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience as a health and safety advisor.
• NEBOSH General Certificate (preferable).
• Experience reviewing and developing HSE policies.
• Strong incident classification and investigation skills.
• Proven capability to design engaging safety training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with stakeholders and provide expert HSE guidance.
• Lead incident investigations and determine root causes.
• Deliver HSE inductions and safety training.
• Promote environmental awareness and safe operating practices.
