Ford Credit in the United Kingdom is seeking a commercially astute Business Development Manager (16-Month Maternity Cover) to champion FinSimple across our Southern dealer network. You will lead field-based engagement with dealer principals and drive growth in finance penetration for commercial vehicles, leasing, and small fleets.

Operating mainly on the road (roughly 4 days per week) with one day in the office or remote collaboration, you will translate market data into actionable joint

Qualifications

Proven track record in B2B field sales and territory management.
Outstanding stakeholder management with influence without authority.
Strong commercial and analytical acumen; translate data into growth plans.
Self-motivated, highly organized, able to manage field travel schedule.
Based in Southern Region, UK, within commuting distance to key hubs; full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Field engagement: visit dealer principals and key stakeholders ~4 days/week.
Analyse dealer sales data and market trends to identify opportunities.
Develop and execute regional growth strategies to maximise finance penetration.
Collaborate with dealer teams to position FinSimple and Ford Lease solutions.
Build and maintain joint business plans with dealerships; coach teams on offerings.
