Job summary

WR Logistics is seeking a driven Sales Executive to manage and grow customer relationships across Liverpool and surrounding areas within the foodservice sector. You will drive sales with independent operators and caterers, developing a portfolio of key accounts and identifying new business opportunities.

This field-based role requires a proactive, customer-focused professional who can plan journeys, nurture relationships and collaborate with supplier partners to deliver tailored sales

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based sales or business development, preferably in foodservice or related sectors.
• Strong focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into profitable business.

Responsibilities

• Maximising sales with independent fast-food operators and caterers across your designated territory.
• Developing and managing a portfolio of key trading accounts.
• Planning and managing an effective customer journey plan across the territory.
• Identifying and winning new customers to increase sales, profitability and overall customer numbers.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and understanding their business needs.
• Working collaboratively with supplier partners to develop targeted sales initiatives.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and professional conduct.
• Working closely with the wider sales team to achieve commercial objectives.
