Job summary

BluetownOnline Ltd is seeking a Fire & Security Engineer to cover the Manchester, Oldham and Rochdale patch. You will install, commission and maintain fire alarm, access control, intruder alarm and CCTV systems, working field-based with occasional on-call duties.

We require at least 3 years’ experience in the sector, a Full UK driving licence and strong customer-facing skills. The role offers a permanent, full-time schedule with training and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience installing, maintaining and fault-finding fire/safety systems.
• L3 Qualification in Fire, Security preferred.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Professional communication with customers in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission fire and security equipment, and fit remedial items.
• Assist in maintenance of fire and security systems.
• Work on-call rota (1 in 4 weeks) with standby/call-out pay.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the business in the field.
