Field Based Engineer (Heat Pumps)

Location: Reading, Slough, Basingstoke, Woking, Guildford, Crawley and Surrounding areas

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 + Training & Development, Van, Benefits

About the Role

Are you a time-served Plumbing & Heating Engineer from a Commercial or Industrial background? This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist renewable energy company with ambitious growth plans.

The company specializes in the design, installation, and maintenance of renewable energy heating systems for mainly commercial properties. They have a strong reputation and are expanding their Installation and Service teams.

In this role, you will maintain and repair air source and ground source heat pumps for commercial and high-end residential properties. You will receive specialized training on systems you may be unfamiliar with, covering the M4 Corridor & Southern Coast of England.

Responsibilities

• Field-based engineering
• Servicing and maintaining ground source & air source heat pumps
• Training on new technology
• Covering a local patch - NO STAYS AWAY!

Candidate Requirements

• Plumbing & Heating Engineer
• Previous experience with Heat Pumps (beneficial, training provided)
• Background in Commercial / Industrial sectors
• Full UK driving license
