Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care UK is seeking a Therapy Specialist Nurse to deliver high-quality clinical training and support to NHS staff and patients across the critical care portfolio. This field-based role focuses on hands-on education, stakeholder engagement, and driving service improvements.

You will be an experienced Critical Care or Intensive Care Nurse with NHS background, NMC registered, and able to travel regionally, with a full UK driving licence and flexible working hours.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Proven Critical Care or Intensive Care experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based role.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region, including regular overnight stays.
• Full, valid UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Be supporting the development of new business and the protection of existing business through the delivery of high-quality clinical training and education to end users of our products.
• Be involved in developing and delivering added value clinical training to groups and individuals within the NHS and providing support to nursing and medical staff on an on‑going basis.
• Need to have an awareness of competitor products, services and activity.
• Be able to build and maintain relationships with key customers as identified in Territory Action Plans.
• Work closely and pro-actively with your Regional Business Manager to ensure all activities are aligned to the Territory Action Plan and overarching strategy for the business.
