Qualifications

• Senior operational leadership within cleaning/facilities management.
• Proven P&L management experience.
• Experience leading large, remote teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• The ability to travel and hold a UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the division's operational and financial performance.
• Manage and deliver the P&L account.
• Develop short, medium and long-term operational plans.
• Oversee the mobilisation of major new contracts, from tender stage through to successful delivery.
• Ensure consistently high standards of cleaning and customer service.
• Build strong relationships with customers and central contract-management teams.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth and additional service delivery.
• Review operational processes and introduce improvements.
• Increase productivity, service quality and cost efficiency.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs.
• Analyse performance data and provide regular reports to the executive team.
• Identify operational trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure resources are allocated effectively across all contracts.
