Job summary

HealthJobs4U Ltd in Bristol is seeking compassionate Support Workers to provide domiciliary care and community support. You will help individuals maintain independence, develop daily living skills and engage with their local communities.

Experience supporting those with mental health needs, learning disabilities and/or autism is essential, and driving is required to travel between locations. Weekend and bank holiday work may be required. Competitive pay and enhanced rates apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in domiciliary care or community support is required.
• Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities or autism.
• Comfort with budgeting, managing finances and shopping.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support for daily living and personal care.
• Support with medication per care plans and procedures.
• Assist with budgeting, shopping and finances.
• Help individuals access appointments and essential services.
• Encourage community engagement and activities, promoting independence.
• Maintain records and communicate with colleagues and professionals.
• Support individuals to achieve personal goals and a positive quality of life.
