Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Gas Safe qualifications (ACS) – essential.
• Proven experience in commercial building services.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Ability to work independently with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance of commercial gas, heating, oil, and HVAC systems.
• Fault-finding, diagnostics, and efficient repairs.
• Accurate completion of job sheets and compliance records.
• Participation in a 1-in-6 call-out rota with standby pay and overtime.
• Maintaining high service standards across client sites.
