Job summary

CitySprint UK Ltd is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth in the Gatwick/Brighton area. This field-based role focuses on acquiring and onboarding new SME customers, building a strong sales pipeline and collaborating with operations to ensure a seamless customer journey.

You will be proactive, sales-driven and comfortable working independently, spotting opportunities, opening doors and converting prospects into long-term CitySprint customers.

Qualifications

• Field-based sales role requiring proactive prospecting and pipeline development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Proven ability to present solutions, negotiate terms and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and winning new SME customers through proactive prospecting
• Building and managing a robust new-business pipeline
• Generating leads via outbound activity, networking and market research
• Presenting tailored solutions, negotiating terms and closing deals
• Managing opportunities through full sales cycle
• Ensuring smooth handover of new customers to operations and account management
• Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and tracking KPIs
• Working closely with operations and marketing to deliver optimal outcomes
