Job Description:

Key Duties:

1. Undertake thorough hearing evaluations and ensure detailed aid recommendations of customised hearing solutions employing a range of high-end hearing aids to suit your valued client's budget.
2. Work Monday to Friday 9am-5pm ensuring excellent work life balance with no weekends required.
3. Mixed Field/domiciliary and clinic based role; the successful applicant should enjoy travel and the high degree of professional freedom this will provide within your working week.
4. Ensure client satisfaction and long term customer relationships are maintained via market leading after care process.

Package and Benefits:

1. You will be awarded a total of 33 days of vacation including bank holidays.
2. £40,000-£45,000 guaranteed income available.
3. Mid week only working enabling superb work life balance.
4. OTE of £70,000-£80,000+ via lucrative uncapped commission plans.
5. Both professional and personal use of a car or car allowance provided with all travel costs covered by the business.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements:

1. The ideal applicant will have prior experience in the private sector owing to the largely private customer base; applications from soon to qualify/recently qualified Audiologist/RHADs with ambition are much welcomed.
2. Must be certified with the HCPC as a Hearing Aid Dispenser or be eligible to register.
3. Right to work in the UK.
4. Full drivers License required.
