Job summary

SBFM is seeking an Area Supervisor to join our field team. You will travel between Coventry and Birmingham sites to support and deliver cleaning service provision, supervise frontline operatives, and help mobilise new contracts.

Strong communication, leadership, and a proactive approach are essential. The role requires coordinating with regional managers, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
• IOSH Managing Safely qualification or willingness to complete it within 3 months of employment.
• Excellent communication and IT literacy.
• Willingness to travel UK to client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction in line with KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships at local level.
