Job summary

Field AI is seeking a Field Application Engineer for a temporary part-time placement based at our London site. You will deploy and support robotic systems in client environments, with a focus on testing, data collection, and smooth field operations.

You will translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, document results, and collaborate with engineers across hardware and software to improve system performance. Travel to customer sites will be frequent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, robotics, electrical engineering, mechatronics or related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex topics for varied audiences.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the country.
• Excellent organizational skills and teamwork abilities.

About the Job

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Field Application Engineer to support the deployment, testing, and client-facing operations of our cutting-edge robotic systems—including drones, quadrupeds, and humanoid robots. This role is ideal for recent graduates who thrive in both technical and operational environments.

You will be based out of our London, UK site.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is dependent upon experience. The actual offer for this position will be based on factors such as relevant experience, competencies, certifications, and how well the candidate meets the qualifications outlined above. Part of our compensation package also includes full benefits, equity, and generous time.
