Job description

We’re hiring aField Application Engineer (FAE)to provide frontline technical expertise across pre-sales, solution delivery, and ongoing customer support. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on advanced RF systems — ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, networks, and customer success.

You’ll work closely with sales, engineering, and customers to ensure smooth technical delivery from first conversation to final deployment, both in the UK and internationally.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide expert technical support across the full sales cycle (pre-sales and post-sales)
  • Join customer meetings to scope, advise, and demonstrate technical capabilities
  • Deliver and maintain high-quality customer training programs
  • Act as a first-line technical contact for troubleshooting and escalation
  • Prepare technical task plans, reports, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Support live demonstrations, tradeshows, and field events
What You’ll Bring
