Job summary

aion is seeking a hands-on AI engineer with 3-5+ years of experience building production-grade multimodal AI systems and LLM applications. You will work directly at client sites to architect, build, and deploy intelligent agent solutions that solve real business problems.

You will collaborate with customers, design end-to-end pipelines, integrate with REST/GraphQL, and help shape AI strategy from concept to production.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years hands-on experience building production AI/ML systems.
• Experience deploying LLM applications to production.
• Multimodal AI expertise with voice/vision/conversational AI.
• Strong foundations in LLMs including fine-tuning and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers on-site to identify AI opportunities.
• Design end-to-end multimodal agent systems leveraging distributed GPU infra.
• Build production-grade voice and vision AI components.
• Implement multi-agent orchestration with LangChain/LlamaIndex.
• Prototype POCs quickly and iterate with client teams.
• Ensure latency and reliability targets in real-time systems.
• Integrate agents into client codebases via APIs and SDKs.
• Advise customers on AI strategy from concept to production.
