Job summary

Cato Networks in London is seeking a Field AI Architect to lead major customer engagements, both remotely and on-site, and to be the expert on AI security and the product offering. You will bridge Customer, Pre-sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams to drive successful outcomes.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in B2B pre-sales or related architecture roles in cyber security, a strong AI/Software engineering background, excellent presentation and written communication skills,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in B2B Pre-Sales experience, Solutions Architect, Field Architect or Product Management in Cyber Security vendors is required.
• Strong technical background in AI, Software Engineering or Cyber Security.
• Travel as needed to meet our customers and partners face to face.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers, partners, Sales, R&D, Marketing, Ops, UI/UX, Documentation, Training, and Customer Success teams to deliver AI security product.
• Build product demos and demonstrate the product for strategic accounts and high-profile meetings.
• Drive AI Security deal success by handling complex technical sales engagements.
• Break down strategic product-related goals into actionable tasks and manage execution across departments.
• Create and deliver presentations for customers, partners, Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams.
• Lead and support complex customer deployments from design through implementation and validation.
