Location: Field Based - South
Salary: Up to £40,000 with uncapped commission + Company Car/Car Allowance
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30/9:00 - 17:00/17:30

Responsibilities

  1. Achieve net growth and increase product penetration by cross-selling Daisy products into existing customers.
  2. Ensure customer visits every 3 months for account reviews.
  3. Increase product penetration across existing customer base through high product knowledge.
  4. Pre-call all qualified opportunities 24 hours before meetings with a clear agenda.
  5. Use effective questioning to identify customer needs for new or additional products/services and engage relevant specialists as needed.
  6. Record meeting information accurately in Daisy Central within 24 hours and follow up actions with customers.
  7. Complete all quotes via Daisy Central or provided templates within 48 hours of meetings.
  8. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reductions for customers.
  9. Deliver excellent account management to encourage re-signs and cross-selling opportunities.
  10. Collaborate with support and specialist teams to provide high-quality service and recommendations.

Customer Service Responsibilities

  1. Raise cases with customer service for issues and provide all relevant details.
  2. Follow up to ensure issues are resolved and communicate with customers throughout.
  3. Contact customers post-case resolution to confirm expectations are met.
  4. Flag at-risk customers to your manager for appropriate action.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the sales process and ability to demonstrate it.
  • Ability to articulate Daisy’s vision, competencies, and product portfolio clearly.
