About this role:

We provide the platform and tools to help independent restaurants move online and reach a broader customer base – to generate increased orders and grow their businesses. We also provide insights, advice, and support to our community to satisfy customers and raise standards across the vibrant takeaway sector.

As a Field Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and growing your area, driving both consumer choice and activated takeaway restaurants to maximize Just Eat orders. You will act as a trusted advisor to our partners in your territory.

Location: Paisley & Surrounding Area, field-based & home-based.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maximize potential of existing JUST EAT Takeaway Restaurants through building beneficial relationships.
  • Educate Restaurant Partners to improve customer service and experience.
  • Participate in onboarding new restaurants, visiting them within 14 days of online launch and optimizing their performance.
  • Prioritize order growth via activated restaurants and mentor partners on achieving this.
  • Use internal platforms (Salesforce, Restaurant Manager) to identify growth opportunities and improve efficiencies.
