About this role:

We provide the platform and tools to help independent restaurants move online and reach a significantly broader customer base to generate increased orders and grow their businesses. As a Field Account Executive, you will be fully accountable for the development and growth of your area, driving both consumer choice and activated takeaway restaurants to maximize Just Eat orders. You will also act as a trusted advisor to our partners in your territory.

Location: Ayrshire, East Kilbride & Surrounding Area; field-based & home-based.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maximize the potential of existing JUST EAT Takeaway Restaurants through building significant and mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Educate Restaurant Partners to provide the best customer service and experience.
  • Participate in onboarding new restaurants, visiting them within 14 days of going online and optimizing their success.
  • Prioritize order growth via activated restaurants, mentoring partners on key steps for success.
  • Use internal platforms (Salesforce, Restaurant Manager) to identify growth opportunities and improve efficiencies.
