Marsh, our Client Support Services team, is seeking an IBA Fiduciary Technician to support the Binders Department in a hybrid role based in Witham, with 2 days at home and 3 days in the office. You will secure agreement and settlement of balances, handle payments and receipts for your client portfolio, and participate in reinsurance reporting requirements.

The role is a fixed-term contract until 30 July 2027, offering development opportunities and exposure to senior colleagues in a collaborative

• Accounts and settlement knowledge relevant to client accounts.
• Proven track record in client account management and relationships.
• Ability to manage workload and set expectations for multiple clients.
• Strong data handling and analytical capabilities.
• Client-focused approach with problem solving for payment queries.

Mansioni

• Take ownership of your workload, defining cases and issues as needed.
• Work autonomously on routine tasks with escalation when needed.
• Partner with Operations Specialists to improve processes and outcomes.
• Handle processing of premiums, losses and cash follow up.
• Coordinate with Client Service Support and colleagues for a united approach.
• Maintain working papers to support investigations and proposals.
• Support CSS activities, including quarterly reviews of exposures and targets.
