Qualifications

• Previous experience in a practical, hands-on or trades environment.
• Background in painting and decorating, construction, joinery or similar trades would be beneficial.
• Comfortable using hand tools and working with your hands.

Responsibilities

• Applying fibreglass coating to modular buildings using rollers and other hand tools.
• Preparing surfaces and ensuring coatings are applied evenly and to a high standard.
• Working from drawings and specifications where required.
• Using a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Carrying out finishing and general workshop duties as required.
• Supporting the wider production team to meet delivery deadlines.
• Ensuring all work is carried out in line with company health & safety procedures.
