What You’ll Be Doing

Be the face of brsk on the ground, ensuring every metre of fibre is delivered with excellence.

Lead and inspire multiple build partners — guide them, support them, and keep projects on time and on point.

Own the build, proactively tackling challenges, mitigating risks, and implementing solutions to keep everything running smoothly.

Keep the business in the loop with clear daily and weekly updates on progress and performance.

Build relationships with communities, private landlords, and local authorities — your diplomacy and communication skills matter.

Spot and solve issues before they escalate, ensuring every detail meets the highest quality standards.

Champion safety — you're not just ticking boxes; you're protecting people, and you’re not afraid to speak up when needed.

You’re a hands-on problem solver with a deep knowledge of full fibre deployment. You know how to get things done — and done right. You thrive in a fast-moving environment, keep calm under pressure, and know how to get the best out of teams. If you love seeing your work make a tangible difference and enjoy rolling up your sleeves in the field, this role is calling your name.

What You Bring

Proven experience in full fibre deployment & quality assurance

Expert knowledge of industry standards and best practices

Comfortable managing 3rd-party contractors and liaising with external bodies like highways and landlords

Strong understanding of:

CDM 2015 regulations

RAMS and CPHS

NRSWA procedures

The PIA product and requirements

A proactive, can-do attitude and the confidence to influence change

Location

Based in our Midlands region, we’re a field-based operation. You’ll travel between sites, your home, and other business locations as needed
