American Trim is seeking a dependable CNC Laser Operator to set up and operate CNC fiber laser cutting equipment for production parts. The role emphasizes precise machine setup, parameter selection, and ongoing quality checks while following schedules and safety guidelines.

Candidates should have CNC/machine operation experience, attention to detail, and comfort with precision manufacturing. Training and overtime are part of the role, with shift schedules listed above.

Qualifications

• CNC laser cutting and machine operating experience preferred.
• Basic reading/writing skills and ability to follow work instructions.
• Math skills for measurements and tolerances.
• Mechanical aptitude and use of hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC fiber laser cutting equipment.
• Load programs and establish machine parameters.
• Monitor performance and inspect parts for quality.
• Follow production schedules and safety rules.
• Perform first/last piece inspections and document results.
• Maintain clean work areas and comply with PPE requirements.
• Escalate issues affecting safety or quality.
