Your new company: You will be working as a US FI & D&O Broker/ Account Executive for a global, highly regarded, and well-established Lloyd’s Broker. The Brokers are innovative and take pride in providing clients with a unique and professional service. They have a team of specialized professionals who pride themselves on their integrity and diligence. Due to rapid expansion within the Brokers and within the Financial Lines division, a permanent job for a US FI & D&O Account Executive/ Broker has arisen.

Your new role: You will be responsible for a full 360 role; Client Servicing, Placement into Lloyd’s and company Markets, and being responsible for the production of technical documentation to include MRC Slips. You will be fully competent and have an excellent working knowledge of various Financial Line Products, including FI, D&O, etc. You will effectively service client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction at all times and enhancing client relationships. You will be technically astute and fully competent in producing technical documentation to include slips. You will be encouraged to develop working relationships with third-party Brokers and International clients to support the business in all aspects of growth. You will have proven client management experience and be able to effectively handle complex US FI & D&O Broker matters – you must be highly knowledgeable in FI & D&O Broker.

What you'll need to succeed: Your previous experience working as an Account Executive/ Broker handling complex US FI & D&O Broker matters will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will be confident when it comes to dealing with US agents/ clients and be able to effectively negotiate competitive terms with Lloyd’s underwriters. You will utilize your enhanced knowledge of Financial Line products to maximize all opportunities to upsell and cross-sell FI & D&O products. You will have proven experience in placing FI & D&O Broker risks on Binders and within the Open Market. You will be technically astute and confident in producing your own technical documentation. Your previous experience in working in a dual role at a growing Lloyd’s Broker will demonstrate your ability to prioritize workloads and communicate well within a team. Your drive and motivation will allow you to adapt well into a diverse and growing team.
