Job summary

The JobsBoard is seeking a field-based refrigeration technician to service catering equipment across the UK. You will install, maintain and repair fridges, freezers and blast chillers at customer sites, with on-call rota and paid out-of-hours. A strong F-Gas background and electrical compatibility are essential.

We provide a company van, fuel card, tools and equipment, and in-house training on lines of equipment outside core FGAS work.

Qualifications

• F-Gas certified and eligible to work in the UK.
• Electrical experience with 18th Edition, HNC/NVQ/City & Guilds Electrics.
• HVAC-R and F-Gas experience required or beneficial.
• Experience with fridges, freezers, blast chillers and walk-in units.
• COMCAT 1,2,3,5 is not essential but beneficial.
• Full driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, repairs and installation of all catering refrigeration equipment, including fridges, freezers, blast chillers, walk-in chillers and freezers.
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites.

Electrical experience (18th Edition, H

HVAC-R/F-Gas experience

Experience with catering refrigeration

COMCAT 1/2/3/5 beneficial

Full driving licence
