Chalk Creatives is seeking a proactive FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment) Project Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the procurement and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for our commercial projects predominantly in Education. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage FF&E procurement process from selection to installation
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
  • Ensure project timelines and budgets are met
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
  • Assist in quality control and site inspections

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in FF&E project administration or similar role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and project management principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with project management software a plus
  • Experience in Interior Design, Project Management, or related field preferred
