A leading NHS foundation trust in London seeks an experienced midwife specializing in fetal wellbeing. The role involves teaching, developing training programs, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe maternity services. We are looking for an individual experienced in assessing fetal wellbeing across various maternity settings, with strong teaching skills. The post holder will support Labour Ward and other maternity areas, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure a safe and efficient service.
Our purpose-built maternity unit handles approximately 4,700 births annually and provides antenatal care for over 5,000 women. We are part of the North Central London integrated care system, working closely with NHS and local authority partners across Camden, Islington, Barnet, Enfield, and Haringey.
We are committed to staff development and provide training for medical students from UCL and St George’s University Grenada, as well as nursing and midwifery students from Middlesex, City Universities, and the University of East London.
