Responsibilities

• Be a welcoming and visible presence for customers throughout the store.
• Support customer flow and help manage busy areas during peak trading periods.
• Assist customers with wayfinding and direct to services, departments and facilities.
• Help maintain a safe, organized and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
• Provide support with queue management and customer guidance during busy periods.
• Respond to customer queries in a friendly and professional manner, escalating where appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the store to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Support seasonal activities and bring the festive spirit to life throughout the store.
