Job summary

Tesco is hiring for festive in-store shifts across the country. No experience required, just the right attitude and a friendly, welcoming approach. Roles include stocking shelves, serving customers and preparing Click and Collect orders, with opportunities to support in-store during peak times.

The role offers flexibility and a chance to help households enjoy Christmas shopping. Colleagues earn from £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores, with a £2.35 night premium for hours overnight.

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from 13.28 an hour; this increases to 14.55 for stores inside the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of 2.35 per hour worked. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.
