Job summary

Tesco is recruiting for festive in-store roles across the country. Pay starts at 13.28 per hour, rising to 14.55 in M25 stores; night premium of 2.35 per hour between midnight and 6am. No experience needed—just the right attitude.

You will help deliver Christmas cheer, serve customers, stock shelves, pick orders for Click and Collect, and generally ensure a brilliant shopping experience. We offer flexible shifts; minimum 12 guaranteed hours per week, with options for 7.5 hours.

Qualifications

• A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
• Ability to build rapport with customers, ensuring they leave the store having experienced a great shopping trip.
• Take initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers.

Responsibilities
