Job summary

Parogon is recruiting Seasonal Chefs to support our kitchen teams through the festive Christmas period. Earn up to £13.50 per hour, with a weekly estimate of around £405 for 30 hours, plus a share of the service charge.

Seasonal contracts run until early January 2027, with options to stay on permanently and opportunities for both full-time and part-time roles. Applicants should have kitchen experience at Chef de Partie or Commis level, work well under pressure, and be familiar with food safety

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy kitchen or hospitality setting.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak service.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to spec during busy services.
• Run a section or assist wherever needed in the kitchen.
• Deliver Christmas menus and manage large party bookings.
• Keep your section clean, organized and safe.
