Parogon Group is seeking Seasonal Chefs to join our kitchen teams over the Christmas period. It’s our busiest time of year, and we need experienced, reliable chefs to help us deliver great food through a packed festive season.

You'll prep and cook to spec, run a section or support wherever needed, and help deliver Christmas menus and large party bookings. Hours include evenings and weekends; seasonal contract until early January 2027 with a chance to stay on permanently.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience – Chef de Partie, Commis or similar
• Able to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Good knowledge of food safety
• Available for shifts over Christmas, including evenings and weekends

Responsabilités

• Prepping and cooking dishes to spec during busy services
• Running a section or supporting wherever the kitchen needs you
• Delivering our Christmas menus and large party bookings
• Keeping your section clean, organised and food safe
