Job summary

Fenwick Limited is seeking Sales Advisors for the festive period to welcome customers with Fenwick's renowned hospitality. You will engage shoppers, build rapport and help them find the right products while upholding our high standards.

Flexibility is essential, with shifts Monday through Sunday for both permanent and temporary roles, including evenings, weekends and the busy festive period. Training days will be scheduled in advance.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to deliver enhanced customer service.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Retail experience desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with each customer to ensure the best in-store experience.
• Assist customers with purchases and help them make the right choice.
