Job summary

DCK Group is seeking a Festive Retail Associate for Liverpool. This temporary role runs through the peak Christmas period, 30 hours per week, with a starting pay of £12.71 per hour. You’ll join a store team under a Team Leader, delivering customer service, merchandising, and in-store promotions.

You may travel to different stores within your zone; access to smartphone apps is helpful as we use several internal tools. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer facing setting is required, fashion brands are a plus.
• Sales and or retail sales experience is preferred.
• Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with the most up to date operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising our product to our visual merchandising guidelines.
• Putting out deliveries of new stock.
• Maintaining housekeeping standards.
• Setting up promotional activities.
• You will be working with the host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.

Role Title - Festive Retail Associate - Liverpool - 30 hours per week

Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and have a full driving licence.

Shift Pattern - 6 Tuesday, 6 Wednesday, 6 Thursday, 6 Friday, 6 Saturday

This is a temporary role until 26/12/2026

Working hours: The required start time for this role is 9:00am

Please note - this is a Festive Retail Associate role covering our stores during our busy peak Christmas period. The Christmas period is our busiest time and therefore we are unable to authorise any leave in December, please bear this in mind when applying.

Our Retail Assistants provide face to face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we provide:

You will be based in Liverpool butmay berequired to travel to different stores within your zone. We are looking for those who are available to start as soon as possible.

You will be working alongside a Team Leader, who will provide you with coaching and ongoing support. Being tech savvy is desirable as we use quite a few apps to make working here as smooth as possible.

Job role:

You will need to be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.
