Poolhouse is seeking a Front of House Support team member for a fixed-term period in London, from 16 November to 20 December 2026. You will assist across bar, floor and guest areas, delivering a high-quality guest experience during a busy festive period.

role requires teamwork, adaptability and a positive attitude, with responsibilities including setup, service delivery, and maintaining cleanliness and service standards throughout the venue.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced front-of-house environments.
• Ability to work as part of a team and stay flexible.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback.
• Physically able to stand for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Provide general support across Front of House operations (bar, floor, guest service).
• Assist with preparation, setup and closing of service areas.
• Support delivery of food, drinks and other items to guests as required.
• Clear, clean and reset tables and service areas.
• Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness and presentation.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and support colleagues.
• Carry out other Front of House duties as directed by management.
